Who can use EzraAI
EzraAI is built to meet Discord's own platform requirements, including Discord's minimum age policy. If you would not be permitted to use Discord itself, you are not permitted to use EzraAI. Server admins are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately for their community's audience.
Prohibited content
EzraAI's AI text, voice, and image features may not be used to generate or request:
- Content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context — a zero-tolerance rule with no exceptions
- Sexually explicit content of any kind
- Hateful, harassing, or violent content directed at a person or group
- Content that is illegal under applicable law
- Attempts to "jailbreak," prompt-inject, or otherwise manipulate the AI into bypassing these guidelines
Attempting to generate content involving minors, in any form, results in immediate and permanent blacklisting and may be reported to the relevant authorities and to Discord Trust & Safety.
Prohibited conduct
Beyond content rules, the following conduct is also banned:
- Exploiting, hacking, or manipulating the bot's economy, XP, crates, or referral system, including with scripts or macros
- Using Live Voice Mode to capture or transmit someone else's voice without consent, or to impersonate a real person deceptively
- Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users through the bot
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, probe, or degrade the bot's infrastructure
The full list lives in Section 4 of the Terms of Service.
AI & voice safety
AI responses, voice replies, and generated images are produced automatically and can occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate despite these safeguards. Large language models can potentially be manipulated by adversarial input into ignoring content guidelines — this is a known limitation of AI systems generally, not something EzraAI endorses, and attempting it is itself a prohibited use. Live Voice Mode requires the consent of anyone whose voice is captured through your device or channel.
AI AutoMod & strikes
Servers that enable AI AutoMod get contextual moderation that reads what a message actually means rather than matching a fixed keyword list, so it catches disguised rule-breaking without flagging innocent messages that happen to contain a flagged word. Violations escalate through a strike ladder — a first offense is treated differently than a repeated one — and every flag can be routed to a log channel the server sets, so human moderators stay in the loop rather than being replaced by it.
Enforcement actions
Depending on severity, EzraAI or its administrators may, at their discretion and without prior notice:
- Issue a recorded warning, including ones raised by AI AutoMod
- Temporarily restrict access to specific features
- Permanently blacklist a Discord user ID from EzraAI
- Permanently blacklist a Discord server ID
- Remove the bot from a server
Economy progress, cosmetics, and premium access tied to a banned account are forfeited and are not restored or refunded.
Appeals
Moderation decisions are final, but appeal requests can be submitted through the official support server. Appeals are reviewed on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed to change the outcome.
