Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EzraAI ("the Bot", "we", "our"), a Discord bot providing AI text and voice conversation, image generation, an economy system, cosmetic collectibles, moderation, and community utility services. By using EzraAI in any capacity — sending messages it responds to, speaking with it in voice, using its commands, or adding it to a Discord server — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply alongside Discord's own Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, Discord's Terms take precedence on matters relating to the Discord platform itself.

Eligibility

To use EzraAI you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age, in compliance with Discord's minimum age requirement
• Have a valid Discord account in good standing
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any laws governing your use or purchase of cryptocurrency
• Not have been previously banned from using EzraAI

Server administrators who add EzraAI to their servers additionally represent that they have the authority to add bots to that server and agree to be responsible for how the bot is used within their community.

Permitted Use

EzraAI is provided for lawful, personal, and community use on the Discord platform. You are permitted to:

• Use all bot commands in accordance with their intended purpose
• Interact with the AI text and voice conversation features for personal, creative, or entertainment purposes
• Earn and use in-bot economy items such as coins, XP, levels, crates, characters, and decorations
• Vote for the bot on top.gg to receive rewards
• Configure the bot for your server if you hold the necessary Discord permissions
• Participate in leaderboards, streaks, quests, referrals, and other engagement features
• Purchase a premium subscription where offered
• Participate in the cross-server World Raid event using /raid and its sub-commands

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate and permanent suspension from EzraAI without notice:

Abuse & Exploitation

• Attempting to exploit, hack, or manipulate the bot's economy, XP, crates, World Raid system, or any game mechanic — including but not limited to farming Combo Fury bonuses with alternate accounts, manipulating raid damage counters, or using scripts to automate /raid attacks
• Using automated scripts, macros, or bots to farm coins, XP, votes, or referrals
• Abusing the referral system with fake or duplicate accounts
• Attempting to bypass cooldowns or rate limits by any means
• Attempting to defraud or falsify a cryptocurrency payment, including underpaying an invoice and expecting full-tier access

Harmful, Illegal & Manipulative Use

• Using AI text, voice, or image features to generate harmful, illegal, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content, including content involving minors
• Attempting to "jailbreak," prompt-inject, or otherwise manipulate the AI into bypassing its content guidelines or the guidelines of the underlying AI provider
• Using Live Voice Mode to capture or transmit the voice of another person without their consent, or to impersonate a real person for deceptive purposes
• Submitting a custom character via /create-character (name, description, persona prompt, or avatar image) that infringes another party's copyright or trademark, uses a real person's name, image, or likeness without their consent, or impersonates any real or existing copyrighted/trademarked character
• Using the bot to harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Sharing or distributing any output from the bot that violates applicable law
• Using the bot for any form of fraud, scam, or deception

System Interference

• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or replicate the bot's code or infrastructure
• Sending excessive requests with intent to degrade bot performance (rate flooding)
• Attempting to probe or test the bot's security vulnerabilities

Administrator Access & Data Handling

By using EzraAI, you acknowledge and agree that the bot's owner and trusted bot administrators can access, view, and directly edit any user's or any server's data stored by the bot — including economy balances, cosmetics, long-term AI memory, custom facts, warning history, and other stored records — through the bot's own administrative tools.

• This access does not require your prior consent, and we are not obligated to notify you before or after an administrator views or edits your data
• This access exists to operate the service: resolving support requests, investigating abuse or exploits, correcting data errors, enforcing these Terms, and handling payment disputes
• This access is separate from, and in addition to, encryption-at-rest protections described in our Privacy Policy — encryption protects your data from outside parties, not from us

Full detail on what is collected and how administrator access works is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

AI & Voice Features

EzraAI uses multiple third-party AI providers (see our Privacy Policy for the full, current list — it now includes direct integrations with Mistral AI, Groq, Anthropic, Google Gemini, x.ai, Cloudflare, and several fallback providers, plus OpenRouter for further models) and, for image generation, Pollinations.ai as primary with Hugging Face as fallback, to generate conversational text, spoken replies, and images. By using these features you acknowledge:

• AI responses, voice replies, and generated images are produced automatically and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete
• You should not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions
• The specific AI provider or model that generates any given response may change over time, without notice, including due to upstream provider outages, pricing, or availability changes
• AI memory you or a server admin add is long-term and persists across sessions until explicitly cleared — be mindful of what personal information you share, in text or by voice
• Live Voice Mode transcribes and synthesises audio using third-party speech services; you must have the consent of anyone whose voice is captured through your device or channel
• We may review interactions to improve the service or investigate abuse reports
• AI feature availability, including Live Voice minutes, may be limited, rate-limited, or throttled by tier to maintain service stability

We are not responsible for any decisions made based on content generated by the AI features, for temporary unavailability of any specific AI provider or model, or for output produced as a result of a user manipulating or attempting to manipulate the underlying AI models.

Economy & Cosmetics

Coins, XP, levels, prestige, streak badges, crates, characters, decorations (including raid-exclusive decorations granted through Ezra Max), the Raid Champion badge, and all other in-bot items are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or cashed out for real currency, goods, or services — including items obtained from crates or as part of a premium tier. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove economy balances or cosmetic items at any time for any reason, including to correct exploits or rebalance the system.

Crates and similar randomised reward mechanics can only be obtained using virtual coins earned in the bot — they cannot be purchased directly with real money or cryptocurrency.

New characters may be added to the shared roster by us, or created by any user via /create-character (or the equivalent dashboard tool) and, once approved, made available to everyone in /character. See Section 12 for the intellectual property terms that apply to characters you create or that other users create. We do not guarantee the uniqueness, availability, or permanence of any character, whether official or user-created.

Premium & Cryptocurrency Payments

EzraAI offers a paid message add-on ("Chat+") and premium subscription tiers ("Ezra Pro" and "Ezra Max"). Chat+ raises your daily AI message cap on the Basic tier only and does not include any Pro or Max feature. Premium and Chat+ access are granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked for Terms violations, without refund. Raid perks (2× damage, reduced cooldowns, the Ultimate Strike attack, the Raid Champion badge, and exclusive decorations) that were previously sold separately as a seasonal "Raid Pass" are now included with an active Ezra Max subscription and are not sold as a standalone purchase. Anyone who purchased a Raid Pass season before this change keeps its perks for the remainder of that season, on the terms in place at the time of purchase.

Cryptocurrency Payments

• Chat+ and premium tiers may be purchased using Litecoin (LTC) cryptocurrency at a fixed USD-equivalent price, via a checkout flow that may use the NOWPayments API or a per-order wallet address
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the network. You are solely responsible for sending the correct amount, on the correct network, to the address or invoice provided
• We are not responsible for funds lost due to sending the wrong amount, using the wrong network, missing a payment window, or any error on the part of your wallet provider or the underlying blockchain
• There are no chargebacks for cryptocurrency payments. Refunds, where granted, are issued at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed
• The current price of any tier is fixed at the time of purchase and does not fluctuate with cryptocurrency market prices during the payment window

Coin-Based Trials

Premium tiers may alternatively be obtained temporarily (e.g. a 24-hour trial) by spending virtual coins earned in the bot. Coin-based trials are not a cryptocurrency or real-money transaction and are governed by the same virtual-item terms as Section 7.

Premium features are provided "as-is" with no uptime guarantee.

Sponsor Content

To support the free tier, EzraAI may display dashboard-managed sponsor callouts alongside some command replies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or claims made by any sponsor whose message is displayed.

Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to take any of the following actions against users or servers that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Issue warnings recorded against your account, including those raised by AI-assisted contextual moderation
• Temporarily restrict access to specific bot features
• Permanently blacklist a Discord User ID from all EzraAI functionality
• Permanently blacklist a Discord Server ID, disabling bot functionality for all members
• Remove the bot from a server

Moderation decisions are final. Appeal requests may be submitted through the official support server but are not guaranteed to be reviewed.

Service Availability

EzraAI is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or timely operation of the bot. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Discord platform outages or API changes
• Third-party service disruptions (any of our AI, speech, image-generation, payment, or hosting providers)
• Unforeseen technical issues

We are not liable for any loss of data, economy progress, cosmetics, or other impact caused by service downtime.

Intellectual Property

All aspects of EzraAI — including but not limited to its name, design, code, personality, features, and documentation — are the intellectual property of the bot's owner and developer.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from EzraAI's code or design without explicit written permission
• You may not claim ownership of EzraAI or represent the bot as your own creation
• Any content you provide to the bot (such as server facts, AI prompts, or image prompts) remains your own; by providing it you grant us a limited licence to store and process it for bot functionality
• Images, text, and characters generated by the bot's AI features are provided as-is; we make no guarantee of exclusivity or ownership over AI-generated output, and you are responsible for ensuring anything you request the bot to generate does not infringe on a third party's rights

Custom / User-Created Characters

EzraAI lets you create your own AI character using /create-character (or the equivalent dashboard tool), including a name, short description, persona/system prompt, and an avatar image you upload.

• By submitting a name, description, persona prompt, or avatar image, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right to submit it, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, host, reproduce, modify (including resizing and recompressing your avatar), and display it to other users as part of the /character roster for as long as the character remains live or otherwise stored under this Agreement
• Only a downscaled, recompressed copy of any avatar you upload is stored or served; the original file you uploaded is discarded once that copy is created
• Submissions are automatically screened by a content filter and (unless created by the bot owner) held in a review queue; we may reject, edit the associated metadata of, or remove any submitted character at any time, for any reason — including suspected infringement — without notice or compensation
• Automated screening and manual review are a content/safety check only; they are not a determination that you own the rights to what you submitted, and approval does not shift responsibility for infringing content away from you
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your submission does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or likeness/publicity rights of any third party, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from a character you submitted
• Once approved, a character you create is visible to and may be equipped or obtained by other users (including, where a coin price is set, using virtual coins — see Section 7); you are not entitled to real-world payment, royalties, or credit for other users' use of a character you created
• Your Discord username/ID may be shown as the creator of a character you submit; you may request removal of a character you created, and we will remove a character found to infringe another party's rights, per Section 17

EzraAI is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc., Mistral AI, Groq, Anthropic, Google, x.ai, Cloudflare, Cerebras, NVIDIA, Cohere, SambaNova, OpenRouter, Pollinations.ai, Hugging Face, Deepgram, Fish Audio, Brave, Tavily, NOWPayments, or any other third party mentioned in these documents.

Disclaimer of Warranties

EzraAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, safety, or reliability of AI-generated text, voice, or image output, including output resulting from a user's attempt to manipulate or jailbreak the underlying AI
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EzraAI and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.

This includes, without limitation: loss of data, loss of virtual economy items or cosmetics, loss or misdirection of cryptocurrency payments, loss of revenue, any harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated content, and any harm arising from a user (including yourself or any third party) manipulating, jailbreaking, or adversarially prompting the underlying AI models to produce content outside our intended guidelines. We are not responsible for the actions of any third-party AI provider, including changes they make to their own models or policies. In all cases, our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim — which in the case of the free bot service is zero.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to EzraAI at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may stop using EzraAI at any time. To request deletion of your data upon cessation of use, contact us as described in Section 17.

Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 5 (Administrator Access), 12 (Intellectual Property), 13 (Disclaimers), and 14 (Limitation of Liability).

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the official EzraAI support server or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of EzraAI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
