Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EzraAI ("the Bot", "we", "our"), a Discord bot providing AI conversation, economy, leveling, and utility services. By using EzraAI in any capacity — sending messages it responds to, using its commands, or adding it to a Discord server — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply alongside Discord's own Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, Discord's Terms take precedence on matters relating to the Discord platform itself.

Eligibility

To use EzraAI you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age, in compliance with Discord's minimum age requirement
• Have a valid Discord account in good standing
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Not have been previously banned from using EzraAI

Server administrators who add EzraAI to their servers additionally represent that they have the authority to add bots to that server and agree to be responsible for how the bot is used within their community.

Permitted Use

EzraAI is provided for lawful, personal, and community use on the Discord platform. You are permitted to:

• Use all bot commands in accordance with their intended purpose
• Interact with the AI conversation features for personal, creative, or entertainment purposes
• Earn and use in-bot economy items such as coins, XP, and levels
• Vote for the bot on top.gg to receive rewards
• Configure the bot for your server if you hold the necessary Discord permissions
• Participate in leaderboards, streaks, referrals, and other engagement features

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate and permanent suspension from EzraAI without notice:

Abuse & Exploitation

• Attempting to exploit, hack, or manipulate the bot's economy, XP, or any game system
• Using automated scripts, macros, or bots to farm coins, XP, votes, or referrals
• Abusing the referral system with fake or duplicate accounts
• Attempting to bypass cooldowns or rate limits by any means

Harmful & Illegal Use

• Using AI features to generate harmful, illegal, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content
• Attempting to manipulate the AI into bypassing its content guidelines
• Using the bot to harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Sharing or distributing any output from the bot that violates applicable law
• Using the bot for any form of fraud, scam, or deception

System Interference

• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or replicate the bot's code or infrastructure
• Sending excessive requests with intent to degrade bot performance (rate flooding)
• Attempting to probe or test the bot's security vulnerabilities

AI Conversation Features

EzraAI uses the Mistral AI API to generate conversational responses. By using the AI features you acknowledge:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete
• You should not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions
• Conversation memory you enable may persist until you clear it — be mindful of what personal information you share
• We may review interactions to improve the service or investigate abuse reports
• AI feature availability may be limited or throttled to maintain service stability

We are not responsible for any decisions made based on content generated by the AI features.

Economy System & Premium

Virtual Economy

Coins, XP, levels, aura, and all other in-bot economy items are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove economy balances at any time for any reason, including to correct exploits or rebalance the system.

Premium Services

EzraAI may offer premium features or subscriptions. Where applicable:

• Premium access is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked for Terms violations
• All purchases, if any, are handled through agreed third-party payment processors
• Premium features are provided "as-is" with no uptime guarantee
• Refunds, where applicable, are subject to the refund policy communicated at time of purchase

Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to take any of the following actions against users or servers that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Issue warnings recorded against your account
• Temporarily restrict access to specific bot features
• Permanently blacklist a Discord User ID from all EzraAI functionality
• Permanently blacklist a Discord Server ID, disabling bot functionality for all members
• Remove the bot from a server

Moderation decisions are final. Appeal requests may be submitted through the official support server but are not guaranteed to be reviewed.

Service Availability

EzraAI is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or timely operation of the bot. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Discord platform outages or API changes
• Third-party service disruptions (Mistral AI, MongoDB, hosting provider)
• Unforeseen technical issues

We are not liable for any loss of data, economy progress, or other impact caused by service downtime.

Intellectual Property

All aspects of EzraAI — including but not limited to its name, design, code, personality, features, and documentation — are the intellectual property of the bot's owner and developer.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from EzraAI's code or design without explicit written permission
• You may not claim ownership of EzraAI or represent the bot as your own creation
• Any content you provide to the bot (such as server facts or AI prompts) remains your own; by providing it you grant us a limited licence to store and process it for bot functionality

EzraAI is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc., Mistral AI, or any other third party mentioned in these documents.

Disclaimer of Warranties

EzraAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated responses
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EzraAI and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.

This includes, without limitation: loss of data, loss of virtual economy items, loss of revenue, or any harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated content. In all cases, our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim — which in the case of the free bot service is zero.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to EzraAI at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may stop using EzraAI at any time. To request deletion of your data upon cessation of use, contact us as described in Section 14.

Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimers), and 11 (Limitation of Liability).

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the official EzraAI support server or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of EzraAI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
